This is a quilt me and my friend Marie made for a client to give to her daughter for her birthday. I love the way it finished up! The client was happy with it and so was her daughter!
are the ties sewn on to the quilt, or just tied in knots and sewn at the top. I have a friend who lost her husband and wants something special for her daughters (now 10 and 5) to remember their dad by. I told here I would make them each a quilt out of some of his old clothes, but I like this idea too.
