I love pickles, but have never tried okra pickled. I have done pickled eggs and pigs feet, approving of both.
I like most things pickled but okra??? GRRRRROOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSS! It is way to slimy for me to eat unless it is fried CRISPY!!

OKRA! Pickled is a Wonderful thing!A local restaurant has it on their salad bar. I just can't help myself when I go there. Okra in any method is YUM!
