Hey, Good luck. You'll be doing lots of calculations this week. I'm just finishing my second week. I log everything I eat in a spreadsheet. Man, it's an eye opener. I'm just catching on to it now, and starting to relax. Good Luck

My husband and I are doing it as well. We've each lost almost 20 pounds (40 pounds between the two of us!). So you can definitely do it!
