Mail Call!! - GO! Baby!!

Look what the UPS man just left on my door step!!

I received an email a couple of weeks ago from Accuquilt with a note saying they had reviewed my blog and wanted me to join their team of blogging quilters!!  I was EVER excited!! And then today I heard the gravel crunching and looked around to see that big brown UPS truck coming down the driveway! I had no idea what it would be because I am receiving tons of packages right now that deal with a fundraiser that will go live on my blog and another quilting forum on January 1!

To my delight the GO! Baby! was my surprise today!!  I will be getting together a tutorial to show all of my readers the first week in December, which will also be piggybacked with a giveaway for a GO! Baby! for one lucky reader!!

So stay tuned!!!

Thank you Accuquilt!! I hope to do you proud!!

I am so excited for you!! I have been trying to win one in blog land and going over the pros and cons of buying one. I will be watching to see how you like yours. Can`t wait.

Wow Thearica how lucky is that. Congratulations. I have tried 28 times to win one on the wide world web and yes it is kind of silly to count but it is just for the sane part of me...lol Please let us know what you think. I would really have to save for awhile before I can purchase one but from what I am hearing it might be well worth the saving time......Yeah for you.

Lucky you! I wish Accuquilt would contact me! I'm like Sharon; if I have to enter another contest to win one, I'm gonna scream! Can't wait to see what you do with it!

Congratulations on the GO!
Thanks for the tobacco info. Though I'm not for smoking, the physical labor of handing, stringing, putting it up in the barns, turning for drying, etc. was an important source of income (albeit small) for my mother. She scrimped and saved to attend college with it. I did some handing when a little girl, and my sister worked one summer in the fields too. It is hard work.

wow that's so awesome... especially knowing that a firm likes what you're doing in blog land! :)

I too have been trying to win of those giveaways, and I'm really looking forward to your tutorials about it because my local quilt club has one and I'm looking forward to trying it out... anything that can save me from running over my fingers with the rotary cutter has got to be good, right? ;)

Thearica, you lucky girl!!! I've been trying like crazy to win one too - seems like the rest of the world is too because I surely haven't won one! Can't wait to see what kind of fun you have with yours.

My inability to cut accurately even with a ruler and rotary cutter is a testament to the fact that I need a GO Baby. :)

Enjoy playing with your new treasure!
